Steak 'n Shake

I am an employee for Steak 'n Shake and I gotten hurt twice (one on December 30, 2021, and one on January 15, 2022). The first incident, there was a customer, she claimed she was missing some items and I went to give her an extra side fries, she pushed the fries against my hand, and hurt my wrist. The second incident, a worker was drunk, and he ended up hitting the back of my head. I went to see medical services for both incidents. I want to press charges on the drunk man more than the customer. I do not know what steps I need to take.
