Jack In The Box - I am being discriminated against just because the district manager does not like me.

Today, March 19th, 2020, I was told to come to work at 2:30PM. I work at the location on the Miracle Mile in Stockton, CA. Around 4:45PM I was sent on my 10 minute break. When I returned, my co-worker named William was about to be off work at 5PM, and Richard would be clocking in to work when William would clock out. I was given the headset and William was starting to get ready to leave. I was taking orders AND collecting. After I took a order, I was about to collect, and then a car came and the bell went off. I politely said, "Thank you for choosing Jack in the Box, I will be with you in just a moment, and it was my district manager, Mae Sterns. She started to tell me that I am not supposed to make the cars wait and was also complaining that we weren't moving the cars quick enough. I was having to do a job that two people should be doing, one person takes orders, the other collects the money. "I'm doing my best, Mae" and she continued to talk to me through the speaker, and I just started collecting for the car because she originally complained that we weren't moving the cars fast enough. A couple cars had gone by, and then Mae came to the window, and spoke to my other manager, Grecia. Mae asked Grecia what time I would be off, and I really didn't know I just knew I had clocked in at 2:30PM. I was in the middle of taking an order when they had asked so I didn't count my 8 hours to see when I would be off. Mae then tells Grecia I could just go home. We were extremely busy, so it wasn't because we were slow. We also had Grecia, Richard, Edna, and I. William was just leaving, so we weren't over staffed either. Though I was very upset, I didn't contest Mae's wishes, and just clocked out and left. Later on that night, Richard texted me and told me that after I had left, Mae called in another employee. So why did she send me home? I barely worked for 2 and a half hours... and every other day that I work I work 8 hour shifts. I have had many problems with this district manager in the past, as many of my other co-workers have too. I really hope that there is something that can be done about this situation, because honestly, I feel very discriminated against, just because the manager doesn't like me. I go above and beyond for my job. I take much pride in my work. I always upsale, stock, back up and do as much as I can to help. There have been more than a couple times where I would work on 10 minute or 30 minute breaks, not because I was being told, but because I enjoy my job so much. I really don't mind helping out especially when I know we are busy. This really saddens my heart because I really do try my hardest to be the best employee I can be, and I have been being treated so poorly. Mae Sterns gives Jack in the Box a horrible name, and I really hope that something is done about this unruly situation.
