Fuddruckers / Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants - received partial refund/bad customer service/served frozen food

Hi
After all, I received food I could not eat because of gluten allergies, only refund 10.25 : of 12.52 bill .After 50 minuets, I needed to go, In the car I had groceries and no patience. On 12/22/18 at3:08 PMI made a carry out order of a black bean burger on a gluten free bun w/Swiss cheese. After 20 minute wait, I received a frozen black bean patty, cold Swiss cheese, & partiality frozen non gf grilled plain bun. After another 20 minute wait, I received over cooked :black bean patty, melted Swiss cheese, & gluten grilled bun.Another 10 minuets, I waited for a gluten-free bun dethawed in microwave .Upon entry, I explained I have a gluten allergy. Due to cross contamination I could not eat the burger.Given excuses I customer was not correctly working an empty ice machine . Cook said the grill was not working.Tongs for tomato's, smeared melted cheese;violates my kosher diet. After asking for manager, the staff neither cared what I was promptly given service nor I was treated respect. After 10 minuets of wandering, the manager refunded my 10.52, of12.52, which after all was charged to my card.I need a full refund with the money returned to my account.an apology, &, free meal I can eat.Staff needs to be retrained. The location need to have fully working equipment.
