Started to hang them and discovered pin holes in them. Just wanted to exchange them or given a store credit. Was told that I couldn't exchange or given a store credit because I open the package. I asked, "If I didn't open the package then I would not have known that they had pin holes." I was directed to speak to Corey Cooper. I opened the door and he said rudely, "CLOSE MY DOOR! I am not taking them back because I can't sell them." I tried to explain that the holes were in the drapes when I hung them. What am I expected to do with drapes with pin holes that I did not put in the drapes?
Desired outcome: I need new curtains without pin holes, refund, or store credit. I have never heard of not being able to return a damage product..
