The UPS Store

I came in to do an Amazon return and the lady asked for my last name and I said, "Oh, it's just an Amazon return...they said to scan this code..." she kept saying, "Last name?! Lady name?!" And I said again, "They just said that y'all needed to scan this, it has all my information on this QR code." She had an attitude with me! And kept saying "Last name!" Over and over with an attitude! And then she goes: "I know what I'm doing! LAST NAME!" EXTREMELY RUDE! This store needs customer service training desperately!
