The Ingles store on highway 24 in Anderson, South Carolina, with the store manager named Mike Sherman, is a concern to me as a customer. I just witnessed the manager rushing up on two female employees, red-purple in the face, yelling at them in front of everyone in the in the store. I felt embarrassed for them because the two employees were caught off guard by his approach. This is not the only incident I have heard of about the store manager taking out his anger on his employees. After that happened, I don't really much care to come back to this store. The atmosphere from there feels miserable, and it's a shame because there are some long term employees that I am comfortable to get to know with are not much the same anymore. Please look into this for possible verbal and emotional employer abuse!
Desired outcome: The manager needs to be terminated
