Plato's Closet

I decided to bring some clothes to Plato's today. I brought a trash bag full of clothes and two bags of shoes. I dropped my items off at 1:35p and was told it would be 2 hours. 2 hours is already insane but I am understanding They must be having a busier day as I have used Plato's a million times and have never been told longer than an hour. I kept myself occupied for 2 hours and returned at 4:10p. When I walked inside they hadn't even started on my items but said a half hour to 45 more minutes. I have now been sitting in my car waiting it is 4:50p. This is just terrible I have never seen anything like it. I can't wait to pick up my cash or items and never ever return to this slow slow slow slow slow location. Pitiful service. And don't think I'm someone trying to sell bad clothes, I always leave with $150 plus and am told to return with more so they can buy. What a waste of my time and waste of space this location is.
