Walgreens - cashier lying right to me

Tonight I had a very bad experience at Walgreens in East providence. I had to return 3 items, I had bought them with cash for my aunt who just had a double macecotomy and is gong through chemo. I bought them March 12.. one day ago.. the first product was Walgreens heart burn relief unopened, 2 nd was oepto bismo tablets and the third was Method lavender all purpose cleaner, unopened. I had the receipt, I paid cash and all three item were on the same receipt with my customer number entered.. My twin sister was in front of me in line and she bought items totaling to $28.00. She was trying to find her debit card and I said I have cash and I handed her 40 dollars to pay with. She paid and went outside to the car. I than Han the cashier her the three unopened brand new products form the night before with the receipt showing I pai cash. She huffed and puffed saying she's going to lose profit with returns. I kind of ignored that comment.. then she told me that I couldn't return the lavender method cleaner because it was not in her system and I said it's right there on the receipt. she said yeah well that's a different Walgreens you have to return it there and I said every Walgreens has method cleaner, Why should I have to go back to another Walgreens that's way out of my way because your store doesn't carry the specific very very common lavender method cleaner? Walgreens is one huge company not individual franchise... She was very rude and pointed again to the receipt and said you have to go back there. Then she proceeded to return the other two items complaining the entire time about losing profit and then she swiped a gift card and handed it to me without saying anything and I said I paid for that in cash. And she said well I don't have cash. I said you don't have $14? That was the refund $14. And she said no gift card is the same thing and I said no it's not, I paid cash and it was for my aunt so I want t give her Back her cash. Why should I have to go back to another Walgreens that's way out of my way because your store doesn't carry the specific very very common lavender method cleaner? She was very rude and pointed again to the receipt and said you have to go back there. Then she proceeded to return the other two items complaining the entire time the losing profit and then she swiped a gift card and handed it to me without saying anything and I said I paid for that in cash. And she said well I don't have cash. I said you don't have $14? That was the refund $14. And she said no hear a gift card is the same thing and I said no it's not, I paid cash in it it was for my aunt so I owe her cash she just had A very serious surgery and she's not working I need to give her back her cash. And she said well I don't have $14 and I said yes you do because my twin sister just gave you $40. She refused to give me Cash back And would only give ramen gift card. She lied directly to my face. I have never been so insulted and annoyed. I said to her you know what forget it and I took the items back and I walked out of the store. keep in mind I was going to buy about $50 worth of products after she did that return, I had them right there I my basket she saw them. but because of what she did I bought nothing.. and I will never go there again. And neither will my sister. She wasted my time and refused to give me my hard earned money back for no reason other than she did not want to lose profit...
