Citizens Bank

I do a lot of business with this location & everyone in there is so nice except for the one bank teller Farrah . She is the most rudest teller I have ever encountered at any of your locations. I am appalled & outraged at how ignorant & nasty she is every time I come into this location! She always has a mean rotten face on every time I come in, she is never friendly & always seems so miserable. I don't even understand how she got a job with the public to be honest, she is never ever pleasant & has the worst attitude for someone who works with people. You should really look into who the face of your company is, cause that one aint pretty & is not representing you very well! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
