Wells Fargo

I am so pissed I am having to make this appointment. my son and I went into the bank on the 8th to sign paperwork to add him to the account so I could get a debit card for him to use to help me out. I just ended up in the hospital and have blood clots in my legs, lungs and a thorasic aneurysm in my heart. I was told they would be sending the card out to me within 7-10 days. I just spent over a half on hour with two different people from your bank who have both told me it was never sent out. I am not suppose to drive and now I have to to get this straightened out. I feel like going to another bank.
