I drove from Philadelphia to Drexel Hill on July 14, 2023 to get some burgers. I placed an order that came to a total of $68.27. When I got home with my order 2 items were missing (french fries).
All though I asked my Host: Jesse to bag each order separately to avoid this happening he said okay but did not do it. At the time he as bagging my order wrong and I tried to get his attention he totally ignored me due to the fact that he was involved in conversation with 2 other servers that were standing around at the bagging counter.
I think the problem is that all of the young servers I dealt with on my visits were too busy socializing and holding conversations with each other. I found the servers being aloof and not paying attention to the customers that were spending their money.
Not at all happy about my visit and being ignored after buying $69.00 worth of items.
Desired outcome: Replace my 2 missing items. And hire servers that are glad to deal with customers not blow them off with their childish nonsense.
SmashBurger - Crispy chicken sandwich
I purchased a crispy chicken sandwich, burger, 2 orders of smash fries and 2 milkshakes from Store [protected] State Rd. on 8/17/[protected]@ 8:01pm take out. When I reached home to eat my food my chicken sandwich was cooked so dry that I couldn't eat it had to throw away, I was very displeased and disappointed as this being my 1st time trying the food as I was told that the food was very good. I will attach a picture and my receipt.
