On March 8 2024 they billed me for 1333.88. this billing was nonconsensual they did this without notice and I had not agreed to any sort of reenrollment plan. None of their phone numbers work, including the one posted to this website which leads to an endless loop of piano music and no one ever actually answers the phone. I want my money back and I want to cancel my enrollment.

They will surprise reenroll you and automatically take the money out of your account. Even if you cancel your insurance, they will continue to bill you.
None of their listed phone numbers work so there's no way to contact them.
If you are having problems with this company I encourage you to file a complaint with the better Business bureau and your attourney general's office so a class action suit can be built against this company.
