Recently, the Goodwill store in Robesonia, PA, replaced their shelving, making it just about impossible to maneuver, as the aisles are too narrow. Shopping carts can barely navigate passed each other. On the side where the books are kept, carts can't pass, making you have to park it at the end of the aisle. The book shelves are so wide (guessing maybe 24 inches), that the books are impossible to navigate, as they are not standing, but piled and scattered. Books on the top shelf can't even be reached. You can't bend over to look at the books on lower shelves without standing to allow people to pass. This is my all-time favorite Goodwill, but it is a complete turn-off to shop books, toys, games, and housewares. Please, please correct the situation. Thank you!
Desired outcome: Figure out a better way to make shopping easier and more feasible. Definitely change the shelves back to "book" shelves. And aisles need to be wider. I would appreciate a response.
