Aspen Dental

I was charged for a cleaning and flouride and told it was not covered under my delta dental insurance. It was $285. I happened to be renewing my delta dental and saw the open claim. I spoke to them and they advised it was covered and it should have cost me $20 for flouride and $14 for cleaning and that the office billed it incorrectly. They sent explanation of benefits to aspen. I have talked to the office three times and am still owed money. I resent the eob and never heard back. This is insurance fraud. I have also asked delta dental for help since aspen won't refund what is owned to me.
