I recently visited PA's plymouth meetings D & B on 2/18/23 and I had a poor experience. Multiple machines were malfunctioning and the staff was not understanding and were argumentative. For example, I put a lot of credit towards the star trek coin game and when I almost had multiple cards on the ledge the game stopped working due to a 'jam.' I went and talked to an employee and they pushed back all of the cards I had spent multiple credits on and then became argumentative when I complained that I was not fairly reimbursed. Not to mention, the staff was not professional as I saw some of them playing the games themselves. The environment was dirty (trash on the floor) and the machines to receive a a card or to add more credits onto a card was not working unless attempted multiple times. I spent a lot of money on this outing and it was not worth the amount i spent. I am disappointed with my experience.
