There is no answering the phone at this store. I can no longer reorder refills on meds or check to see if they're ready. This all seemed to come about once rite aid started testing for Covid. I tried to make excuses in the beginning but, this has gone on way too long. Plus, it is such an inconvenience. I am a senior and unable to get around now. I need to be able to order my medicines on the phone. That's through the phones automated system or a pharmacy tech. This is a very "dangerous" situation.
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate it if Rite Aid would hire some high school seniorsto answer their phones.
