Rent-A-Center - horrible customer service

A few months ago I recently moved into an apartment. Like most people that is getting up on their feet, I decided to give rent a center a try. I missed one payment and scheduled to make the payment up, they harassed me! Called my job, and friends! When I called them back, their Manager Rosie was utterly disgusting she attempts to belittle people. Let's not to mention when I set up my delivery, they didn't even honor my request to deliver my merchandise until three after the date they gave me originally. Please take it from me, do NOT go to Rent A Center on 431 W. Main Street in Norristown! They are the absolute worst!

First we were dealing with arens, then your store took over and we have had nothing but trouble with your management, LIE after LIE after LIE, we will not do any business with your Fallon Nevada 89406 store again over recliners that they said were new untell my wife found burn marks in her chair, they said they would fix it but never came to git the chair, and just kept on ling about getting us a new one, or fixing it or taking money off the price. we are at are wit's end and do not wish to go through all of this again, we just would like to have the chair payed, off just the one with the burn marks in it. the cost of paying off the recliner is $432.18 Thank you Jim Hook Former Client.

not happy with staff telling lie after lie after lie, they said they would fix the problem but we get nothing but lie's we just would like to see your store flourish, but with the service we got I don't think it id going to, I think they should take a page out of Aarons book and apply it to your own Store, sorry it has to be this way but it is.
