I Subscribed for Dr. Seuss books, and Received 3 orders (which they send you automatically) and Charged me for them. Than after 3 months the Books stop coming and I was Still getting Billed.
So I Attempted to ‘Cancel My Order' 
They want to Charge Me $37.00 to Cancel My Subscription
I want to Either Get a Refund or Receive my Books, Than I want to Cancel My Order without Being Charged Such an Enormous amount amount!
Early Moments - Deceitful and disgustingly lousy
Startina business relationship by abusing people with mice-type terms of service subscription authorizations which require a phone to be used to cancel and then never answering the necessary phone call? This company is NOT to be trusted for any reason unless you dig frustrating overcharges for books never ordered and a humiliating waste of your time trying to reach a live person to even allow you to cancel. Their worthless website is not even secure, so you dare not go there to see what den of lions may await when you enter. This company should be on the list at every office of Attorneys General in the USA.
Early Moments - send items never ordered or wanted
This company has started sending books in the mail that I never ordered. They come with a you must call to return within 7 days notice. I have contacted them and asked they not send anything as of last October 2013 and then in May 2014 another books showed up. It is my recommendation you never order from this company because once you get on their list, they just keep sending and sending.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
