Prevention Magazine - prevention magazine ordered in february 2019

I ordered the magazine and was to receive 12 free gifts. Never received them. Called twice and was told they are on the way — still not received as of today 05-18-19. Just received a renewal notice. Needless to say that won't be happening. Sending the renewal back with the word cancel on it. Let's see if you can read that! I will keep my promise to you.
