My husband and I bought a dryer last week at a local Home Depot. The sale person was very nice, we bought a washer from him earlier this year. We set up our delivery for a Saturday, January 22, 2022, as my husband had dialysis M, W, F and I have radiation treatments 5 days a week. I got an email Friday evening stating that our dryer would be delivered Saturday between the hours or 3 and 7. I called about 6:15 and was told there were 3 other deliveries ahead of us. I then talked to the delivery company and was told they could not deliver at all on Saturday and the earliest they could deliver it would be Wednesday, January 26th? I was told by customer service that the delivery truck broke down and they overbook deliveries. My order # is H4120-199762. I would like to speak to someone in person about the compensation I am going to receive for this inconvenience. This is by far the worst customer service I have received in a long time and will not buy another product from Home Depot.
