2/8/16 I called the Lower Burrell agent in PA to inform them that upon buying my house I had found another company that with home and auto would save me over $500/year. I had told them that I would like to cancel my insurance with them for the following month. The agent was disgustingly rude with me and made a comment that "If you're switching companies, you're probably hurting for money so maybe you shouldn't be buying a house". I told him I was really upset by that comment and he simply laughed and had no other comment. I'm pretty sure that any human being that was offered the exact same coverage for significantly less would make the change. Not to mention, I was a customer for ten years - and I get this level of disrespect. I will tell everyone I know not to use this company. People are very rude and you are only a paycheck, not a person to them.
