Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this online store. The orders are passed directly to the supplier, who is in charge to ship the product. I ordered a freezer and there was a ding on the door. Unfortunately they denied to replace it even the door. Initially they claimed I should have contacted them 5 days after the delivery but there was a sign on the package saying that was 15 days. Even with all pictures sent, no solution to ensure costumer satisfaction was provided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEB RESTAURANT.
