I went into 600 North oak street store on Saturday morning Sept 3 2023. I was checking some lottery tickets. I asked my son to pay for my coffee and he did. But when I went over to make my coffee, I decided not to get my coffee. So I ask the clerk to give a refund She wasn't sure how to do it guess. So she asked the shift manager about the refund. So then Rachael who is the shift manager asked me why I didn't want the coffee I explain that I changed my mind. She gave me a hard time. She did give the refund for the coffee but not after she said take your dollar five and have fun with it. This is not customer service she and was very rude. I will not buy gas or any other products from this store or any other store. She does this to customers all the time by being rude.
