LongHorn Steakhouse - interview/ not equal opportunity employer

I would just like to take the time to say that the longhorn steakhouse in lebanon pennsylvania is not an equal opportunity employer by any means! I had a job interview there to be a server went to the interview it went great! Then to follow up and be persistent in showing interest I call a couple days after I was supposed to have my second and final interview where when I called they told me they were going to move forward with other applicants in line when asked why they thought I wasn't fit for the job they told me about expierence. For starters I have well over 5 years of restaurant experience, that goes for back of the house amd feont of the house and even dishwashing for god sakes. I have been in marketing before and am super great when it comes to interacting with people. And longhorn steakhouse should not be advertising that they are an equal opportunity employer if they are not standing true to that phrase equal opportunity employer! And coming from someone who is highly experienced in the restaurant industry and knows a wide variety of things wether it's front of house or back of house I strongly take offense to this. And the fact that I have culinary arts under my belt and serve safe qualifications this blows my mind that they wouldn't at least be reasonable about this and give people a shot cause believe it or not they could be missing out on a great and loyal employee! With all of this being said, I repeat, and strongly advise whomever is reading this and looking for a new job longhorn isn't a great place to try at they think they are a 5 star restaurant when really they are 3 or below.. I've worked at 4 and up star restraints that stay true to the level of stars they have just by how they present themselves and how decadent everything is and should be! I give 1 out of 5, only reason i'm even giving 1 is because the first interviewer was exceptionally nice. Then it just went downhill from there!
