Ideal Image

I signed up for a laser hair removal package for underarms and bikini which I financed with Ally. Later I found out that they overcharge for their services and I wanted to cancel the contract. I called Ideal Image and they said the I could not get a refund and that I was responsible for the balance even though I did not receive any services from them. I was in shock. They are completer scammers. I was never told that by the service agent. Please do not get any services from this company as they are scammers.
