Turkey Hill Dairy - Employee

I am completely overwhelmed about the service I have just endured at the turkey hill on church street in Hazleton, P.a. This incident happened at 4:45 p.m. on March 5th 2020 I do not know the employees name because I was so infuriated I didn't look at his name tag. He was a male, between 18-30 years old, about 5'5-5'6, He was average weight, on the skinnier side. He was of Hispanic ethnicity I do believe. The incident was: My 82 year old grandmother had gone in to prepay for gas. I was waiting by the pump to pump the gas. My grandmother gave him a 50$ along with the Turkey Hill REWARDS card. She had given a 50$ bill (cash) and told him that she wanted to fill the tank, and then needs the change for the leftover amount. The car only took 40$ worth. The employee should have given her $10.00 in change. He DID NOT. He told her that the "change" would go on the REWARDS card. At no point did she ever give the employee a credit or debit card, she had only given him the 50$ cash and rewards card! My grandmother once again is 82 and it was obvious he was trying to put one over on her, and claimed the change would go back on the rewards card! Which is not possible! After she came out, and told me what the employee said, I took the rewards card and walked in Turkey Hill, as the employee clearly looked weary and nervous of me walking toward him. There was a female employee working next to him. I said " May I have the 10$ in change that we are owed,
and without question the female employee handed it to me, as if she knew what he did. At that point the male employee got completely defensive and rude and said " oh I thought she paying debt" that makes no sense whatsoever, when he CLEARLY took the 50$ dollar bill from her. I said to him " you actually told her the change would go back on this rewards card" and he said NOTHING. He knew he was in the wrong and that he was trying to pocket 10$ off of an elderly person who he tried to persuade into thinking that the change would be refunded to the rewards card. I have not went to social media about this issue, but if your company cannot do something to make this right, I will be alerting social media to the way TURKEY HILL RUNS BUSINESS, this is absolutely disgusting and completely wrong .
