I purchased my first pair of glasses in july 2023 from bjs optical. the manager, Amanda, did not inform me of the "get second pair free" promotion. I drove to the bjs at Chambersburg, PA 17201 to discuss the problem. Amanda was not there, but the associate recorded my problem and stated Amanda would be in on Saturday and would contact me. She never contacted me so I began sending emails to which I finally got a reply (after 3 emails) to call the store. I called and Amanda answered and she was rude and verbally attacking me and wouldn't shut up. When I said I was going to report her she honored my second pair of free glasses. she needs to be replaced.
Desired outcome: apology and refund

We starting to buy these because of the value. We've been buying them for the last several years.
However, most recently we are getting wipes just shoved in the package, literally crumpled in the package like they were an afterthought. Also, they no longer feed the next wipe up. They used to be semi - thick and very comfortable to use. Now they are getting thinner and thinner and it is a complete pain to try to find the beginning end of the wipe that you are trying to get ahold of. And like I stated, when you pull one out, the next wipe gets started so you know to begin and end, well no longer.
We will not be purchasing these again in the future since the quality is greatly suffering.
Just so you know, we are adults and use them for everyday clean ups and spills. We do have grandchildren, but we will NOT RECOMMEND our children to use these for their children.
Desired outcome: Go back to the original QUALITY and have every one z folded in the package instead of just plopped into the package.
