My son and I met with my stepmom to have our Christmas lunch on Saturday, December 17th. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Sandwhich which I normally do. They both ordered a burger. After taking a bite, something wasn't right. The texture was really off, hard to chew. After looking at it, it was pink inside. The waitress had the manager on duty stop at the table and was very polite. She asked if I would maybe like a desert in place of it. I actually did not! I wanted my meal. Asked if I could have another one made that was cooked and I would just take it home and eat it, because at this time, the others had already finished. I got home and looking forward to eating my sandwich only to find out it was exactly the same! I spit it out! How terribly disappointing. Certainly a waste of $$ with nothing even to eat that was edible except a few fries.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the meal that was paid for but unable to eat! Please refund. I would appreciate a response! That's been our "Go to" place for meeting for lunch and was extremely disappointed this past visit

Red Robin - A coupon for another salad.
This happened today 3/22/2022. I placed called in at 12:30 pm and placed an order for a Southwest salad to be picked up at 1:30 pm. I arrived and went inside to pay for my order and was told that I would need to wait for about 10 minutes because they were a little behind, so I went back to my car. The strange thing is that there was no one else in the parking lot for the pick up orders, and the rest of the parking lot was fairly empty, too.
My salad eventually was delivered to my car 20 minutes later than the pick up time. I decided to not to complain about it, until I opened the salad. It was in a styrofoam container and it had been filled UPSIDE DOWN. Someone actually made the salad in the lid and then covered the bottom of the container over the top. If I would have opened it that way, the salad would have completely fallen out. So, I opened the container the right way and the salad dressing, chicken, jalapeno bites and avocado were all at the very bottom. I just could not believe someone couldn't see that they were filling the container improperly.
