We bought furniture from boscovs recently and we have an electrical issue with our recliner.. We called on April 19, we never heard back from the service provider so I called back on April 25 and I was told I had to give them one more day. April 26 I called and complain. The service company finally called me that day and they can’t come out till May 11. I have a brand new recliner stuck in the reclined position that cannot be utilized and I can’t get service till three weeks after the incident so the chair cannot be utilized. I think having to wait three weeks for service is not good customer service. It’s three weeks for service on a piece of furniture that cannot be utilized and this is poor customer service. I have never bought furniture from boscovs before and I never will again. I would also not recommend others buying furniture from boscovs. The quality of the furniture is not that great either. The leg rests is already crooked and has a click sound which isn’t even the issue were having the service calls completed. I’m just a very unhappy customer.
Desired outcome: That the service call is completed promptly so customers don’t have a piece of furniture that they need and can’t be utilized.
