I made a purchase last month. I was unaware that the return policy was now 30 days. After getting home from vacation I tried to return two items which were apparently a couple days over the 30 day policy so I ask for a credit. They told me that there was a strict no return policy in place and no credit could be issued.
I have been a loyal customer for years. When these items were purchased I was unable to try them on due to the new rules regarding the virus. I cannot use these items as they do not fit, therefor useless to me. I understand this store is closing and that policies have changed which I was unaware of, Honestly, who reads the receipts. I can accept the 30 day return policy but a credit should have been given. I certainly would have used it and probably would have purchased other items as well. I will not purchase anything from the store in the future since you could not accommodate me in exchanging the items I cannot use. Perhaps you should reconsider your policy.
