Burger King

I ordered a sausage crossintwich meal along with French toast sticks and other food for my husband and they forgot to give me my sausage crossintwich and refused to just give me my sandwich I paid for! Instead they made me go get my bag and questioned why the rest of the food that was mostly my husband's was not in the bag...and my husband was sitting in the car in the parking lot with the other food, the manager then sided with the employee and finally had my sandwich made after 10 minutes of trying to tell them they forgot it in which they were rude and had bad attitudes towards me the entire time. When I got my sandwich the manager slammed it infront of me.

Was just at Burger King in Altoona 216 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd. The lady at the register was very rude and the jr. whooper was cold. We go there all the time, but today was very disturbing.

To top it off we got the wrong sauce and when we back in, she didn't throw it across the counter, but close to it.
