This place is not only an eyesore for the community but drives down the property values of the surrounding neighborhood. Not to mention the fact that the surrounding property owners are constantly dealing with the trash, theft, and the disrespectful clients...all while mgmt. does absolutely nothing to help resolve issues! People just laying all over the grounds all hours of the day, living in there vehicles in the parking lot pouring urine bottles out their windows, with trash everywhere!
Want to see where your donations are going, drive around the property and surrounding neighborhood to see the filth you are helping to support. Looking for a waterfront property, be ready to loose your investment while experiencing nothing but a headache and not being able to even sell and move! Trust me when I say, you will have a different opinion at Christmas time next time you hear that bell ringing when walking into or out of a store!
