Lowe's

The Lowe's store in Eugene Oregon does not comply with Oregon law regarding masks, which requires Lowe's to make reasonable efforts to obtain compliance from customers. Store managment makes nearly zero effort and directs employees to falsely claim "there is nothing we can do" and tell unmasked customers "it's optional," both of which statements are contrary to law. In fact, not only can Lowes do something - it is REQUIRED by law to do something - to make reasonable efforts to obtain compliance. The store manager has evidently been directed to disregard the store's legal obligation by regional/corporate manangment. Complaints have been registered through customer service and no action is taken.
