On 07-20-2019, I requested receipt and was initial refused receipt. Upon exchange of word the employee at Arco turned the light out in store and came from behind counter toward me. I immediately exited store and he followed me to my car staying inappropriate comments and took picture of my car license plate.
The turning the light out on me has cause me serious trauma as I feared for my safety as well as his safety by his actions. I was the only person inside the store.
Please respond to my complaint. I have tried calling and waited phone line for long periods. This was my only way of filing complaint.
