I worked for Vatterott College for the last 15 months. I was recently let go by our 3rd Campus Director in that same amount of time. He had only been with the campus for three weeks when he called me into his office to tell me how I had acted as if I disliked my job and therefore, I needed to be let go immediately. I was furious. He also mentioned my performance review and how I received low marks on it, even though I was given a raise after that performance review. I filed for unemployment to which Vatterott claimed that I voluntarily quit my job due to dissatisfaction. Are you kidding me? What lows will this company sink to? If you want to work in one of the most hostile environments, then I suggest you apply to this company. Otherwise, run as fast from this place as possible. They don't care about their employees or their students. All they care about is the almighty dollar. By the way, I got my unemployment. Nice try, liars.

they did the same to me but I worked at the Joplin campus because I was FMLA approved proactive leave they fired me while I was taking care of my sick husband. Vatterott lies to EVERYONE! I know because I was part of corporate and I now how they operate. They ONLY care about the money so the CEO can live in her beautiful home while she treats us like we are disposable so she makes her budget.
Vatterott will get rid of you if you don't kiss ### to the VPs and the CEO. This place destroyed my life and my husbands. I worked so hard for them and brought in a lot of money for them but as soon as you can't be there 24/7 they get rid of you. The lawyers lie to keep their jobs and so does the VPs. DONT GO TO THIS SCHOOL YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!
How many people have you fired from the Tavern Kelly?
Sometimes companies will terminate an employee but instead say the employee resigned, so that the employee can use the job as a reference on their resume. Quitting a job almost always looks better (on the employee) than being let go.
Good luck
