Home Depot

I went into the store, the clerk "Mikki" was VERY rude so I requested to speak with a manager, David the manager, came & asked ; how can I help you, I showed him the warranty on my lawnmower & told him ; it's not working, he then stated; he couldn't help me & that I need to contact Toro the manufacturer. I'm thinking, this is Home Depot, that specializes in customer service, this manager is telling me, he couldn't exchange a lawnmower I purchased here & that I needed to contact the manufacturer! Emphatically No! I've spent a lot of money with Home Depot & refuses to be treat as such, I told the manager I would report this to higher authority & responded YES! Make SURE YOU SPELL MY NAME CORRECT ! Im starting here, BUT I want the world to know the mistreatment I experienced at Home Depot...
