Bought a universal remote on Sunday the 9th around 11:30am, but could not get it to work for the input (scrolling not able). I returned said Magnovox remote for a refund at around 6pm that same day. It seemed odd that the card scanner read transaction, but receipt I signed and put my address on said "refund or exchange".
Less than an hour later I received notification from my bank that what was suppose to be a refund was actually a transaction and now I am out another $9.04 for a remote I do not have anymore. I went back to the same store at around 8pm and talked to the same man who assured me that it was a refund and that they keep every receipt even though I do not get one as proof. This money was already TAKEN out of my account. I'm not sure what happened but I'm leaving it up to you to figure it out. That would mean I need a refund now of $18.08.
