Family Dollar - Discrimination, false accusation, harassment.

I've been shopping weekly at the location regularly since October 2021, since it's the closest store near me. and have had several rude incidents with workers and manager.

On memorial day afternoon I got falsely accused of theft, and harrased. I went in the store to buy some health supplies and something to cook for dinner. As soon as I walked in the store the heavy set black male worker was eyeballing me. I was barely in store a few minutes. I got a $1 toothpaste and $1 sanitizer in my cart, when I was in back aisle of store in view of cash registers. Looking for items to get for dinner. I adjusted my pants/belt, because the Columbia windpants I was wearing, make my boxers ride up. The worker yells out, I seen you stealing, shoving something in your pants. I told him I wasn't, and don't steal. I immediately raised up shirt to show him that I didn't have anything tucked in my waistline. Then he claims I somehow took it out, when he was looking directly at me the whole time. He then yells out that I was stealing and to exit store, and to never come back. And as I am exiting the store he proceeds to video records me, in which it seemed like he already had his phone ready. Completely embarrassing and not professional at all. I don't steal, and over $2, that store has lost my average business of $200 a month. I know my rights, and will defend my honor. As a customer. I shouldn't be accused falsely of stealing in the middle of store, by an untrained, unprofessional worker who it seems like was mainly trying to get a commendation from manager or to take out his frustrations on customer. And as a customer I shouldn't have to deal with rude managers and workers acting like I'm an inconvenience, which has been an ongoing practice at that store. I will never shop at that store, or any Family Dollar again.

Desired outcome: Employee(s) reprimanded and trained better in customer service & assets protection.
