Church's Chicken

On February 13, 2020 my granddaughter and I went into Church's to eat, ordered our food, on the way to the restroom I ask them if they could turn the heat up, it was so cold in there, came out and went sat down, they call me for my order, I picked up my order returned to tablet to eat, , but it was so cold that I went back to register and ask them again to please turn the heat, up, the guy who waited on me ask this Mexican girl about turning up heat, she looked at me and laugh, and said the heat was broken, and laughed again and dropped her head smiling as the did this. I called her a liar: Now i can't understand why she didn't turn the heat on, because the temperature was way below 40 degrees, we tried to eat but I
was miserable, and couldn't enjoy the food. We probably tolerated this coldness for about 15 minutes. I had just left my doctor office, I am 70 years of age, and if i become sick from this I am going to sue you. There is no excuse not to have heat in your establishment, I am calling the environmental Control office on you guys. You need to fix your damn board so that this message can be sent to you. You need to get to get people to work at your restaurant that cares about your business and the people they service, In stead of people who are just working for a paycheck, cause they care nothing for building your business.
