I took my puppy to the Petsmart groomers for the first time after using the vet Banfield that is in their store and always leaving happy, I figured the service would be just as great. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I contacted them after he had been there for about 3 & 1/2 hours for them to tell me he was ready (which I never got a call for) and came back with a weird rash on his under belly and his claws were basically shredded by their trimmers. I will never be bringing him back here.
