My boyfriends grandpa got a new iPhone from cricket wireless.

He bought it into your store to try to get some help setting it up but instead your employees locked his phone and for the last two months, he has not had a phone because your employee sent him on his way. and the way they walked it was through his Apple ID so there’s no way for us to get it unless we take it to Easton mall. I personally feel he should’ve gotten a brand new phone because your employees messed it up and he never once got to use it. Bought it the same day and still couldn’t use it. How much stuff is that?
