Michaels Stores

Two weeks ago I went to Michaels on Doral Dr. Poland, Ohio. I made my purchase and took it to the register. I gave her a $20.00 bill. She ran it through a machine which spit it out. She said I should take it back to the bank. Gave her another $20.00 bill and it spit it out. I told her to just give me my $20.00 back. She ignored me and asked to checkout person close to her, she tried it and it spit it out. I told her to just give me my $20.00 back and I didn't want my purchase. She ignored me again and called someone from the back. They came and by then my husband was getting angry. So he just took the $20.00 and we left. Very rude and unhappy visit. It was so embarrassing with people in line behind us.
