T.J. Maxx

On 12/11/23 I purchased two items at TJmaxx, Village Square Center, Cleveland OH. On 12/16/23 I returned on of the item but did not notice the taxes were not included in the transaction with the returning.

I return to the store on the 12/28/23 to buy more things and let them know about taxes not added when I returned the item. The manager was called to resolved the problem but she was not nice and refused to put the money back in my tjmaxx card. She allegedly the money was return because the receipt has the letter t on the right side of the amounts. All receipts have that letter and that does not mean they returned money taxes.

I had been a TJ maxx customer for many years. I used to live in Edgewater NJ and moved to Cleveland OH. recently never before I had felt so disappointed with the store. Is not only the money, thank goodness was not much but the way the manager handle the situation was stupid. I am very disappointed.
