I had a reservation for a large group. Approximately 20 rooms on the weekend of the 24-27 of september 2020. Rooms were not clean nor sanitized. In the midst of a pandemic. Pet hair all over "clean bedsheets, along with blood stains. Dirty toilets, old food in microwaves, dusty rooms, smelling like mildew and humidity. When complaints were made to front desk joy and june were rude and disrespectful! The only helpful understand and caring to her guests was anne. I am very disappointed we were spending lots of money there! We weren't treated well. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean out rooms ourselves to feel comfort enough to sleep at a hotel where we are paying! Something has to be done. In contacted the local newscast and my lawyer.
