Cracker Barrel

Willoughby, Ohio, Exit 189 off of interstate 90, Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 5:30 PM. My wife and I and our two granddaughters ages 6 and 8 were humiliated by the manager at Cracker Barrel when he screamed at me and threw us all out because I pointed out to him the four empty tables available to seat us. All four of the tables were empty but no one had wiped the surfaces clean. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to wipe at least one table. I asked a server if she could do something for us and she said to talk to the manager. She said they had a tight system around there regarding tables and servers. When I approached the manager he insisted on explaining to me his system. I told him I did not want to hear how the system worked. I simply wanted a table for my family to sit down and have a dinner. He started screaming at me that I had to listen to him. I was shocked and shaken by his reaction. I told him that I was the customer and that he needed to listen to me and try to help me. That made him more angry and he threw us out. I can only imagine how he treats his staff of servers and employees. The man is toxic. He even perhaps has some Mental Health issues.
