I visited the Franklin Park store in Toledo Ohio. I walked in, I was not greeted, I was searching for a certain product. I finally purchased my item. As I was being rung out, the cashier Rachel, was talking to coworkers the whole time. She slid my lipstick to me instead of handing it to me. I went to my car for a few minutes contemplating purchasing another product. I went back inside, again not greeted, I asked for assistance, I waited and no one came, I left, went to another retailer to purchase more products. I would have gladly made another purchase, if I were welcomed.
