Purchased a dishwasher for installation with a 1/2 inch raised floor. Salesman said to get the old one out half way and they would install the new one. When they arrived to install they saw the raised floor and basically said no and left. I told them what the salesman said and they said they had rules and could not break them. So now I don't have a dishwasher again and am back to square one. I am so disappointed and angry by the way I was treated that I will no longer be shopping at home depot ever again. Now they tell me they will have to wait a few days for the dishwasher to be returned for my refund which is a bunch of crap. You took my money in a hot minute but tell me now I have to wait to get it back. What a bunch of [censored] that home depot spits out. You guys suck. I even asked for compensation because I missed work for this and they basically said mope. What a horrible way to run a business. You should be ashamed.
