Target - pharmacist

Today thursday june 9 2011 at 6:30pm est i routinely sent my son to the target pharmacy at location 900 e kemper rd springdale ohio [protected] to pick up my routine insulin, allergy pills, and his ointment. Prior to me sending my son i spoke to the head pharmacist jeff and he advised me that it would be a copy pay on the insulin and the allergy pills only. My son went to pick up the prescriptions and he came back with everything except for the most important thing, my insulin. The pharmacy closed at 7:00 pm and jeff had charged me for the insulin but did not put it in the bag with the other prescriptions. I called the store at 7:10pm and spoke to the night supervisor kristin and she advise me that jeff had already left for the day and that she nor any other managers, pharmacy managers, store managers has the key to the pharmacy only jeff. She told me she would call jeff to have him come back to the store to open the pharmacy and give me my insulin that he didnt pick in the bag in the beginning and she would call me back and let me know when to come pick it up tonight. At 8:00 pm i called back up to target because kristin hadn't called me back and i then spoke to brent a target employee, and he said that jeff called back and spoke to kristin, and jeff told kristin to tell me that i could call and speak to him tomorrow morning at 10 am when the pharmacy opens? That's sounds like he isn't coming back up to the store tonight to give me my insulin that he failed to give me in the beginning. So basically i have to have high blood sugar all night long and pray that i don't end up in the emergency room with a diabetic coma. His actions were totally unexceptable, unprofessional, poor customer service and unexcusable. As a pharmacist he was completely negligent and careless. At this point a simple apology is not acceptable. I plan on taking this complaint to the highest level, and starting first with the better business bureau.
