Red Roof Inn

I was at the building on 11/26/2019 Red Roof Inn located at 5353 Inn Circle Court NW Ohio anyways that first night there with my guest there was a bed bug on my pillow. I was scared because I could of gotten bite upon that experience we went to the front desk and they switched us to another room which was 137 the first room was 135. We checked out on the 27th I left my number so when I called on 11/28 they tell me that they didn't find anything and that I don't get my money back. I even showed them the picture of it in the sink, I am highly upset and never had this problem but since they don't want to refund my money like they stated I guess I would need some help to move farther.
They even stated I would get my money back regardless.
