Yes I brought my family out to eat on the 25th of January I used to work for Longhorn for almost 3 years I know Longhorn is famous for heavily seasoned steaks we came in we all ordered the outlaw and needless to say they were full of Gristle there was hardly any flavor on them whatsoever and I know what boldly season means I was never so disappointed in all my life because I have loved Longhorn since I've worked for them and was so excited to have this steak dinner needless to say $164 later it was the saddest steak I had had at Longhorn, in Canton Ohio. The service was great no complaints there the other thing I noticed manager was not on the floor greeting all tables the way my manager was. Unless things have changed. But had the manager come around I would have been happy to show him my steaks needless to say we brought all of our steaks home. I even asked for 7 pepper seasoning on mine and got none. And boldly seasoned it was not.
They didn't give me a refund they played me out the size of my steak they wouldn't upgrade my size so I can pay the difference just not helpful at all I'll never come back their ever I won't my refund it's burned and everything someone could get in touch with me at [protected]. They would not even give me my money back who does that the didn't eeven ask me for steak sauce or even silverware their customer service was not even professional they played me out my money for this small old steak up just paid $28 for this little old State and I could have got a porterhouse for the same price but they didn't even want to switch that over for a couple dollars extra for a porterhouse sick of ityes I'm mad as hell I want my money back or upgrader state back off the same price how hard is it for them to do that
